27/1/2022 13:11 | I think it will all come down to cost how much it will cost to fill up all radiators with this product, if it's relatively cheep and will start making you money after first winter, otherwise each time you will be doing some maintenance on heating system, radiators, changing valves, decorating you will be chucking this expensive product away and then you will need to top up - refill, for example each year during a service when you have a filter installed on return pipe you chucking away a bucket of water. I wonder as well if it decreases a life of a pump. Maybe better use will be with underfloor heating system where usually you don't need to drain it, and heat pump will need to use less energy to heat the water with well insulated house and proper windows this might work well | sharki9

27/1/2022 10:18 | I only came across "HAY" some 10 days ago,a small investment for the moment, but reading the rns today about the possibilities, I believe this is still under the radar of most people. In my thoughts, central heating with this new to be product, and be a less Carbon producer to the world, as well as must be a cheaper to run in heating systems in the long-run. has got to be a winner ,and a bigger company going forwards, just time will tell..imho -------------------- A snippet from today rns.. Working in collaboration with High Tech Systems, Haydale will use its patented plasma functionalisation technology to enhance the thermal conductivity and dispersion of boron nitride in thermal fluid applications. By enhancing the thermodynamic properties of water, Hi-Therm(TM) can significantly reduce the energy required to heat buildings, both domestic and commercial. An estimated three million households in the UK are thought to be struggling to afford their current energy bills and this number is only expected to increase with the predicted energy price cap rise in April this year. H igh Tech Systems' patented thermal fluid, Hi-Therm(TM), aims to transform the domestic and commercial heating sectors by substituting commonly used water in the radiators with Hi-Therm(TM) in both existing and new build heating system applications. Hi-Therm(TM) heats up quicker and offers up to 55% more heat transference than the water currently used in typical heating systems, so by installing Hi-Therm(TM) it is possible to reduce carbon emissions and offer significant fuel savings to millions of domestic and commercial buildings in the UK and beyond. | abergele

10/1/2022 07:26 | "Haydale is pleased to announce the appointment of finnCap ltd. as the Company's nominated adviser and sole broker with immediate effect". I am delighted! finnCap would not have taken on our company without complete due diligence; it has it's own name to protect. I shall attend the AGM tomorrow! | knownowt
29/12/2021 18:31 | I have had a canter through the annual report and the following struck me. I do not see myself going to the AGM. I have a reduced holding and did not participate in the fund raise sensing correctly that there would be an opportunity to buy them in the market at a lower price but of course fluffed the chance to buy them in the 5p area. The company has two things going for it. The first is plenty of cash for the foreseeable future and the second an atomized shareholder structure so that one is not fretting about a large shareholder wanting to sell down. I also thought that the text of the AR was very good. What I liked about it was that it is realistic that there will be bumps on the road and that there are certain projects that however attractive they seem they need to be canned. It could drift down to the 5p area again and if so I hope I will be on the ball to buy but not sure if I see a major catalyst for a share price increase. Comments very welcome. Page 3 Good to read about total reduction in operating cost basis over 3 years of £2.43m. Page 5 A reminder that this company with annual sales of under £3m has 5 locations worldwide including 3 ex UK. Page 7 In some ways good that they were ahead of schedule in shipping to Icraft functional graphene powder. Page 11 I see R&D expenditure essentially unchanged from the previous year but at 1/3rd of sales shows to me that this company is very much still in short trousers. Page 12 I have to say that it had missed me that they had US pension obligations of £1m plus. Page 21 Good that for all intents and purposes the Directors had a 100% attendance record. Page 49 Slightly surprised that for the last 2 years Japan has been the biggest market as little mention of it in the text. Page 52 I see that the total remuneration costs of the directors are about 17% of the total 54 people company which is rather generous. What can we look forward to in 2022??? • Successful granting of patents that have been filed. • Coming on stream of plasma reactor and that it is optimized in 2022. That said not clear when they will need 30 tonnes pa. • Resolution of discussions with commercial partner ref sports performance garments. • Commercialization phase of the DLYB contract kicks in. • Clear progress in premium leisure footware market. • Unclear if there will be further sales of the HT200 plasma reactor as sold in Rhode Island this year. • What the Director of Sales in Thailand can and does bring to the party. • Arbitration hearing outcome of the £450k claim with the second largest whisker customer. • Expansion of blanks business in the European cutting tools market. • Progress of SIC whisker and blanks market in China. • Getting DW31 accreditation for CeramycGuard in UK. | cerrito

15/12/2021 17:21 | ench health agency advises against FFP2 masks over graphene content Anses reports a ‘lack of information’ surrounding the toxicity of this substance in the long term 15 December 2021 A French health agency has advised against the use of FFP2 masks because of their graphene content By Emma Morgan France’s main health advice agency is recommending definitively that people avoid using FFP2 face masks over concerns about the graphene contained within them. The Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire (Anses) agency says there is a “lack of information on the graphene used by manufacturers and the toxicity of this substance, particularly in the long term.” Available data “does not foreground any worrying situations concerning exposure” to the graphene content, but Anses states that it is “impossible to evaluate the health risk” and therefore sensible to withdraw the masks as a precaution. The sale of FFP2 masks, which can be recognised by their more structured, pointed shape, had already been temporarily suspended in France in May. Read more: Hospital face masks recalled in France due to potential toxic risk These masks contain nanographene, which is made up of nanoscopic flakes of carbon. These tiny particles have antiviral properties, which is why they have been used during the Covid pandemic, but there are concerns that they could potentially cause lung problems. However, the lack of available data means that this has not been confirmed. “Anses recommends that public authorities favour the sale or distribution of masks without graphene,” the agency said in a statement. The potential risks associated with masks containing graphene were first highlighted in April by authorities in Canada, who withdrew those made by the Chinese company Shandong Shengquan New Materials from circulation. However, Canada had eventually reauthorised the use of these masks in July, having decided that there were no proven risks. Anses has also stated that studies on the surgical masks which are in general use in France have provided “reassuring results.” “Exposure to the chemical substances found in these masks does not exceed healthy limits,” Anses said, adding that this “guarantees the absence of public health risks when these substances are inhaled or in contact with the skin.” | waldron
