22/9/2021 16:38 | Sadly the placing will not be forgotten...just like all the other discounted dilutions that have trashed the share price...... | 1looking
22/9/2021 16:34 | Need HAYD to issue positive news on the back of this, then placing will soon be forgotten. | simonsmithiv
22/9/2021 16:15 | Red tick all you like, but there you go, like I said, 6p on the bid and it'll stay there until placing churned through or positive news. | simonsmithiv
22/9/2021 10:05 | Again for the slow one at the back, I was talking exclusively about the share price As for fundamentals, they just got a $200k loan! If things are so bad that they had to trash the share price too, then best avoided. Things must be dire. | simonsmithiv
21/9/2021 18:13 | New management have done better, Sharki. Genuinely hope you recover your losses here. We just need a few lines of sustainable revenue. At present it's only the APAC lads who seem to be expanding organically. If rubber soles and CeramycGuard kick off you might have your property yet. | lsoc85
21/9/2021 16:40 | I'm here since 2011 when it was called ICL before IPO and renaming to HAYD, and it make me laugh when I read "company value long term shareholders and decided to offer us shares via retail market" as they f.... Us so many times here, I have invested fair amount of money to see it going down to virtually nothing in around 2019 ... since then I said I'm not putting penny more to it .... Hopefully the outlook is changing and There is some light in the tunnel that I might recover the loss, I should have bought a property back in 2011 would be way better off. | sharki9
21/9/2021 14:05 | Of course traders will have jumped on the placing, as well as boiler rooms and all sorts of quick buck types. Yes, long term holders too, but the idea it's just solid holders is laughable. From tomorrow, possibly, they can sell for a 5% profit at the current bid. Not to be sniffed at for those turning over millions a day. Anything above 6p and they'll be banking profits. I expect the mm's will drop it to 6p bid and hold it there until the dust settles and the overhang is churned through. They may even hit the 6p placing price on the offer, as is often the case after placings, just to rid themselves of their haul. However, the long term prospects look good, so if you can hold a few years you'll be rewarded. But for now this self destructive event(in terms of the medium term share price!) will weigh heavily. Aimho. | simonsmithiv
21/9/2021 11:59 | Dunno. Looking like the start of the next leg up chartwise BWTFDIK | volsung
21/9/2021 11:48 | Based on the track record your joy is likely to be short lived.... | 1looking
21/9/2021 11:12 | Yay! Got my full allocation ...well yay for now | volsung
21/9/2021 08:07 | ssIV, the fact that the placing and Primarybid offer was closed quite so quickly would suggest to me that the placees were regarded as firm holders for the longer term, not 'punters', and that there was serious demand from private investors. It well be interesting to learn how much the Primarybid offer was oversubscribed; in this current market, with media-generated hysteria re gas prices CO2 emissions and, perversely, lack of CO2 (the 'right' type, of course), are people going to invest serious money searching for short-term gains? Personally, I am happy that the inevitable funding has been achieved at a relatively slim discount and that Haydale is now funded for another year. | knownowt
20/9/2021 15:01 | Not exactly difficult to guess though, was it? That said, they're still above the price at the start of the year, so progress remains relatively long-term positive. | supernumerary
20/9/2021 14:57 | Yes, unfortunately this will cause a major overhang as punters who bought the placing will sell off at anything above 6p. Someone was selling the past few weeks, £10k chunks at a time, so they obviously knew. Naughty. | simonsmithiv
20/9/2021 12:16 | Unlikely, but hopefully the next one will be for something more specific and more earnings-creating than 'to fund general working capital needs of the business'. | supernumerary
20/9/2021 11:01 | The offer is closed on PrimaryBid. Got to take it as a good sign it closed so quickly. Fingers crossed it was oversubscribed. Expect an RNS shortly. | lsoc85
20/9/2021 09:23 | Placing for £4.5m and the directors are involved for a total of about £36,000? Is that right? That'll inspire confidence lol | 1retirement
20/9/2021 08:04 | Some positives from the interims announced in Feb 21 to Dec 20 to the unaudited final results announced today to Jun 21: Revenue at Dec 20 was £1.28m. Revenue at Jun 21 was £2.90m, an increase of £1.62m (a 27% increase on the prior 6 months). Furthermore, cash at Dec 20 was £1.88m, reduced to £1.64m at Jun 21. That's a cash burn of £40k pcm, down massively on historical figures. In fact, you could surmise that cash flow break even isn't a million miles away looking at those figures. | lsoc85
20/9/2021 08:00 | Perhaps I got out of bed the wrong side this morning but I cannot generate the required enthusiasm and will be passing. | cerrito |
