Yes the previous placing was outrageous but it was desperation at the time was expecting today’s news though.
The only slight disappointment is thought 4p would of been possible to limit the dilution but what normally happens now quick run up theN those chosen few offload the 4p shares at nice 50 % margin and we drift back to 3to 4p until news

Niggle the co could have given PIs a chance to invest through Primary Bid. Got a nice tranche of SAE and EQT that way

Well that was a lot less painful than the last placing. Don't forget we were <2p for the best part of 17 months prior to the June/July IRPC RNSs. While it's not nice for some to miss out, it's also a positive that the new issues were snapped up sharpish. There were times in that 17 months that I thought the Company was going to fold - this placing has given me genuine hope for it's longevity.

Well, I didn't get an allocation 🙁

I was told that unlike some other small cap brokers, Arden usually only include a book build as a token gesture and that their placings are generally fully allocated before the announcement

The placing is via an accelerated book build, so you can phone your broker and place an order, it will be open to anyone with an account with a proper broker

I have been expecting this but both the price and the lack of primary bid surprising and disappointing, especially given their shareholder base.
