Sports marketing agency TLA Worldwide said it had received necessary approvals to change its name to Hawkwing.

Trading of the company's shares under the ticker 'HNG' would commence Monday.

I am surprised at the sudden hype over new cash shells thinking they will do a deal in a week when most take ages and some have been pretending for years to be looking for the right deal.

You always go for book value & all etc. You need to Consider TLA experience as well. One of the big investor Nigel is holding a big stock - so if the new business is good - they can raise money.
