Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Havelock Europa PLC (HVE.L), the international interior solutions provider, is pleased to announce that Hakeem Yesufu joins the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director on the 1st May 2018, at the suggestion of Mr Andrew Burgess, who has a 19.49% equity interest in the Company.

Mr Yesufu is a senior risk assurance consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Canada, a position he has held since November 2015. From January 2012 until June 2015, he was Finance Director of Amusis Limited, a private investment company. Prior to that, he occupied various financial roles at inter alia Philip Morris International, Shell and Schlumberger.

Schedule 2(g) Disclosures

In the past five years, Hakeem Oluwatosin Yesufu, aged 45, has been a Director of Amusis Limited which entered into a voluntary liquidation on 26 January 2016 and continues to be a Director of Energy Acqua Blue Resources Limited of Nigeria.

There are no further disclosures required under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
