Hastings Group Holdings plc (the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces it was notified today that on 8 August 2018, Richard Hoskins, Director of the Company disposed of 150,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company for GBP2.45 per Ordinary share. Gail Hoskins, Richard's spouse, also disposed of 250,000 Ordinary Shares for GBP2.45 per Ordinary share on the same date.
The Company understands that these disposals were made to generate funds for the settlement of personal tax liabilities.
This notification is made in order to satisfy both section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 and article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
