17/2/2017 19:27 | There was a statement made that the interim dividend would represent one third of the annual total , which suggests 3.3P interim plus 6.6P or 6.7P final , making say 10P for the year. That's about a 4.4% yield at 230P which makes sense , although on the low side compared with it's peers . So they need superior growth to justify their valuation? GAN | ganthorpe
13/1/2017 07:57 | Morning CWA1,Ok message understood.Just making the comment that there are better choices in the market than HSTG. | garycook
13/1/2017 07:53 | Morning GC. Don't shoot the messenger ;-) I was just passing on the estimates, wasn't suggesting they were good, bad or indifferent! | cwa1
13/1/2017 07:50 | CWA1,That is still only gives a 3.68% yield. You would be better off investing in GSK 5%, NG 4.6%,VOD 5.6% off the top of my head.Plus the Non-Life Insurers mentioned above.3.68% is a poor yield for a Insurer. | garycook
13/1/2017 07:41 | FWIW, the only estimates I have seen are for 8.68p and 10.26p year ending '16 and '17 respectively. | cwa1
13/1/2017 02:48 | What is the predicted yield on HSTG.I see 3.3p was paid recently. So is it another 3.3,making 6.6p.That would only equate to around a 2.8% yield.Money would be better in ADM,BEZ,or LRE.6.5%,7%,and 9% yield respectfully.Even DLG Yielding 8.5%,is a better buy atm. Also HSTG looking expensive at 235.50p | garycook
23/12/2016 14:18 | margins are increasing because of lower whiplash claims so profits should increase rapidly? | ntv
14/12/2016 16:31 | THAT IS WHAT I THINK WITH A LARGE NUMBER ENGLISH COMPANIES BEING TAKEN OVER AT THE MOMENT WORTH A PUNT WITH LIMITED DOWNSIDE HOPEFULLY | ntv
14/12/2016 15:04 | Interesting deal today at above the market price. Market reaction rather limited - anything under 250p looks like an interesting buy? | ganthorpe
18/9/2016 16:36 | now NOR on chart and I wonder if it is a good buy on fundamentals ? | arja

14/3/2016 10:39 | I've bought a few ahead of the results. Looks a quality company. Missed an opportunity to get in a bit lower, but look pretty cheap anyway as we look towards 15p EPS for next year. | topvest

18/11/2015 07:49 | Very strong update today. Noticed these guys when running the annual insurance quotes - pretty much always at the top of comparison sites. Hell, I even booked my insurance through them. Trading at least in line with expectations: "The Board is confident in the Group's ability to deliver continued strong performance, in line with, or ahead of the targets communicated during the Group's IPO." Should be headed into the FTSE 250 in December so an added catalyst there. Headed higher imo Sphere - long | sphere25
