The Company announces that on 15 May 2023, "Partnership Shares" were acquired (out of participating employees' gross salaries) and "Matching Shares" were awarded for free under the SIP to eligible employees, including the individuals noted below.
Provided the Matching Shares are not withdrawn from the SIP within 5 years from the award date, they may be acquired free of income tax or National Insurance contributions.
