The Company announces that on 12 May 2023 it made awards of free shares under the SIP to all eligible employees, including the individuals noted below. The SIP is a tax advantaged all-employee share plan and, provided the free shares are not withdrawn from the SIP within 5 years of the award date, may be acquired free of income tax or National Insurance contributions.
