more buying today....AT type trades suggest it's institutional buying now which would bode well

Strong buying going into the close today. Let's hope that such buying is reflected in a rising share price this year.

Sound update by Robert Walters (RWA) this morning. Hopefully some read across to HVN?

Q4 Trading Update -

"All of our regions grew net fee income during the quarter and we opened three new offices, Lisbon, Toronto and Penang. Net fee income for the full year is up 9% in constant currency and profit before taxation is expected to be slightly ahead of current market expectations."

Someone seems to be keen at the moment - some nice buying yesterday and again so far today

My anecdotal view is HVN contractors are building again in the U.K.

I usually assume that trades such as the 2x 0.5m blocks traded within minutes of each other today are opposite sides of the same transaction and therefore don't tell us much.

Only guessing though and happy to learn from anyone better informed...

So what do we know? 1m shares traded today, 2.5m at beginning of oct. 3.5m of 73m in issue 4.6% and no notifications of holdings > 5%. Could someone new be building a stake? I hope so

Thanks for that speeds.

Had a modest top up on this morning's weakness to average down my inadvertent top-up last week as the price now is 16% cheaper than it was just those 6 trading days ago. Definitely a buy although it shows as a sell!

It's been an odd week. Hopefully that 25k late trade reported today is a buy.

HVN included in Joel Greenblatt's latest top 10 'magic formula' shares for value investors...

Thanks to zho on CMS thread for first pointing out the article.

Well in all the excitement I just bought 5700 @ 74-odd when I thought I was top-slicing some more so at this rate I'll have as many as you heapos!

Just called them to cancel it but they couldn't as price has dropped :(

What a numpty...that's the danger of doing too many dummy trades with the price jumping about. I thought it was a good price lol

Roll on that bid!

Nice to see the strength here. Surprised not to see a late trade reported but maybe it'll come in the next day or so. Looks like a buy order soaking up the sells which are presumably PIs who are either impatient or trading for a quick 10%?
