Beez and Honey Pty is one of the company's listed as owning Scanty Mineracao Ltda (Jan 2024).
Scanty Mineracao Ltda was recenty acquired by PVW, lots of cash and shares to Luis Azevedo
/FFA Legal.

Any diamonds yet? Maybe one of the wives could accidently drop the engagement ring on the ground for discovery next week

My maths - 7kt would take total sales to ~33kt up to end Q3/24?

More likely a worked sell of 8m ?
Or could be a reverse factor taking a position ready just in case of a massive discovery of cubic zirconias ?

I should have checked, it was published this morning.

Top of LH column, a few lines down:

I suppose 8M shares would take the director holdings over the 25% threshold for beneficial owner?

I was thinking someone's got wind of ANM decision to grant a further 3 year research permit on Harvest lime project, though I doubt they'd read the pitiful highlights of the previous three years of research?
Should be announced soon, exciting times?

That didn't take long.

So Harvest is stuck with PVW?

PVW complete Scanty Project acquisition, Lius Azevedo joins the BoD and errr....
yeah, the CEO Alistair Stevens completes probationary period then resigns?

'Mr George Bauk will take on additional responsibilities in the short term, whilst the
company commences a search for a Chief Executive Officer.'

More little ducks.......

If only they used ‘supply chain finance’ or ‘reverse factoring’ here.

Going as well as ever here. The farmers maybe decided that a bad yield was best. For investors

Surely that huge shed full of dust is for road building, not fertiliser ?
If it were fertiliser, you’d have to believe that farmers cancelled their regular order of normal highly targeted fertiliser for a one size for all dust. Makes no sense imv

I forgot about all the rules. Just as well the companies don't

Also I don’t think wash trading happens anymore on AIM, at least not publicly. Last company that got shut down for that was a Beaufort, which from memory was nothing to do with HMI.

They would need to review AIM rules before considering that imo. Might be crossing the line unless perhaps if there were an epidemic of lost or discarded diamonds in the area

No point in washing share price up when nobody around to sell to.

They need a magic moment. Maybe find a diamond that somebody accidently lost last week, at the right drill depth...not to say somebody dropped one down the hole

There must be some catalyst to get this back to 20p? Not sure that it would be a granite pebbles fertiliser, but dust seems just as unlikely to me at the moment.

Yes not much chance of selling a future RNS stream of more dust to a dodgy backer lol

Most likely in the future, confirm traces of gold and oil when the diamonds turned out to be granite pebbles
