17/9/2024 12:36:31 | Same story from PVW in their ASX announcement:
'If ongoing results remain positive, the parties anticipate negotiating a transaction to unlock the Project's REE potential for mutual benefit.'

16/9/2024 21:56:36 | Okay let’s be sensible… How many tons of dust do you physically need to shift, to extract one really very rare mineral particle? Just feels like they’re watering into the wind ? | kreature
16/9/2024 21:52:08 | It’s like ‘Aussie Gold Hunters’, only without the gold | kreature
16/9/2024 20:52:35 | Prob best to chill out now and hope PVW find whatever they are searching for in the dust? Might be lucky enough to find a few placings in there ? In fairness how could they not find something? I’d just send PVW a sample of dust inadvertently sprinkled with diamonds and HFO, and see what kind of an RNS transpires | kreature
16/9/2024 12:29:21 | There is!
4 tenements are approaching the 1st anniversary since Harvest submitted positive 'Fosfato' final exploration reports. ANM have normally issued approval or rejection of FER just within the 12 month period. Harvest should acknowledge approval as they will have 12 months to submit a mining application. What exactly Harvest do within that period is anyone's guess?
There's also two other tenements where the research permits end requiring Harvest to submit FER's, positive or negative?
There's also the possibility Harvest request a delay in approval, they did exactly that with Sergipe.
Not to mention interims, Q3 sales and "how's the 70kt target going"?

16/9/2024 11:30:20 | Could do with some buyers to help sellers out really | kreature
16/9/2024 11:27:14 | Pitiful volume here. Could do with some good news, if that’s possible? | kreature
16/9/2024 11:05:24 | So long as everyone gets paid. Surely that’s the main thing ? Oh and the dust thing | kreature
16/9/2024 10:15:16 | Negotiations shouldn't be too much of a problem.
PVM Resources is located Perth, WA.
The company that PVW recently entered an acquisition agreement with, 'Scanty Mineracao Ltda', is owned by two Australian companies both of which are represented by Samantha Bittencourt (FFA Legal?), FFA Legal Holding in Brasil represented by Soraya Lopez Ferraz (Wife of..?) and another Brasilian company administered by Lius Filipe Ferraz Ferraiuoli Azevedo (Son of..?) and all in the same building/office address as Triunfo Mineracao...Ltda (Harvest).
I'm assuming different filing cabinets?

16/9/2024 09:11:13 | ‘ next batch due in October 2024. The data from these results will inform the next stages of the TCA and the potential for the parties to negotiate a transaction’
ie so potential to negotiate
Exciting times | kreature
16/9/2024 08:47:00 | I only hope this partnership doesn’t end up in a courtroom with ffa against ffa | kreature
16/9/2024 08:44:52 | Perhaps this is better news for PVW tho? Surely PVW win whether they find something rare or not? Whereas, HMI once again stand to lose ‘everything217; with the risk of not finding anything valuable in dust ? | kreature
16/9/2024 08:39:09 | Probably just a coincidence that they share a director? Can’t be that many rare earth companies looking for rare dust in dust ? Could be a win win ? Well done? | kreature
16/9/2024 08:31:40 | On the whole, maybe it’s a good partnership for laundering knowledge, tho whatever rare mineral they may find in the dust, will it ever be economically viable to extract? | kreature
16/9/2024 08:19:39 | ‘ The data emerging from Arapuá is highly promising,’
Promising for what? Gold, wood, grass ? Has that been clarified ? So far all I’ve noticed is grey dust of rock. A lot of it tho tbf | kreature
16/9/2024 08:16:21 | Can't think why?
Regarding PVW:
'Luis Azevedo, vendor and experienced Brazilian mining expert to join the board of PVW Resources as a non-executive Director on completion of the transaction.'
More of those little ducks, but no mention of this?

16/9/2024 08:13:19 | H1 results incoming. | sleveen
16/9/2024 08:12:11 | ‘ PVW's team will assist in reviewing historical data, targeting new auger drill holes to clarify resources, and planning additional drilling for resource expansion.’
Exciting times……..like looking for a needle in haystack in another country? Will harvest need to fly PVW to Brazil and put them under in a 2 star hotel ? | kreature
16/9/2024 08:11:42 | Hmm, wonder who owns shares in this company! | whl2
16/9/2024 08:03:05 | I like the PVW company slogan, “Right people, right place, right time’. Sounds familiar in a way | kreature
16/9/2024 07:55:18 | Excellent RNS. Not sure why they are using an Australian company to look for rare minerals in the dust though. Wouldn’t it be cheaper to use the local university? | kreature
03/9/2024 11:10:51 | I see you guys warning here since 16p
0.5 to 2p is like an extended death rattle | putinaire
02/9/2024 15:29:44 | There could be a quite a rush on the first signs of rain in the forecasts? | ypymytyc
