No, two 3 year research permits have been granted for each tenement.
The last research permit for each tenement should have expired on 28-04-2023 but were extended because of Covid to 30-09-2024.

'court case' the ongoing court case (v Agrocerrado) started 05-08-2020, more than 4 years ago.
However, the case that started it all was Triunfo... v ANM when Triunfo failed to pay the CFEM when they issued the 'no sale' invoice to agrocerrado - that was nearly 6 years ago which according to ANM website Triunfo.. were guilty/sentenced.

Just 1 month research permits left on 2 of the remaining 3 tenements before final exploration reports need to be submitted to ANM.
Expecting more REE claptrap before end of September?

How many 'drill holes' in 'first phase'?
I make it 3, not 7.

Even if they find a rare earth mineral in all of the paperwork, doesn’t mean it will necessarily be a valuable mineral, and doesn’t mean there will be enough of that mineral to be economically viable to extract. A close inspection of the dust pile photo suggests to me that all they’re going to find is more dust. Well done tho

Prob need to work on their contracts more? I don’t want to see HMI get scammed with continual fake orders. The only winner there would be the lawyers and pals ?

No wonder they don't sell dust, they're in court 24/7. Thanks for the updated Verde figures yp, looks like Brazil has stopped farming this year even though coffee prices are much higher (Right product, Right place, Right time !) You couldn't make it up.

Wonder which court we are in today.

Remember 'Ventinno', the company with links to Geociclo?
After more than 3 years, looks like this could be a win, right?
The real story about this one is Harvest agreed a 6 month contract, R$20,000 per month with Vintinno where Ventinno supplied agricultural representation and consultation to broaden the sale of KPfertil. After three months, three R$20,000 payments, the contract was terminated.
Extract from court papers:
'5.1. Despite having placed great expectations in that legal transaction, the Plaintiff's frustration with the services provided by the Defendant occurred in the same proportion, to the extent that, more frequently than acceptable, the Defendant failed to meet the deadlines set by the Plaintiff, failed to meet demands under its responsibility and, furthermore, demonstrated that it did not have the expertise necessary to achieve the goals sought by both parties when entering into the contract'

Civil Appeal No. 576XXXX-08.2024.8.09.0093

Jataí County

Appellant: Triunfo Mining of Brazil LTDA.

Defendant: Brasil + Agro LTDA. and Others

Rapporteur: Judge Alice Teles de Oliveira

INTERIM DECISION

This is an INSTRUMENTAL APPEAL filed by Triunfo Mineração do Brasil LTDA., against a decision handed down by the Judge of the 2nd Civil Court of the District of Jataí, Dr. Guilherme Bonato Campos Caramês, in the Collection Action filed by the appellant against Brasil + Agro LTDA., DNA Agrícola Representações LTDA. and Ana Paula dos Santos Oliveira .

The records show that the plaintiff filed this action to collect an alleged debt in the amount of R$2,490,057.59 (two million four hundred and ninety thousand fifty-seven reais and fifty-nine centavos), based on the purchase and sale agreement no. 05/2022, entered into on December 22, 2022, with Brasil + Agro LTDA. and guaranteed by DNA Agrícola Representações LTDA. and Ana Paula dos Santos Oliveira, through which 9,500 tons of the product “KP FERTIL” were negotiated, used in various agricultural crops as fertilizer.

It is reported that before the deadline for payment of the agreed amount expired, the first respondent communicated that it would not be able to make full payment of the debt, which is why the parties renegotiated the conditions originally agreed upon, however, the respondent failed to comply with the negotiations.

The first defendant filed a counterclaim, in which it sought urgent relief, which was granted by the judge, in the following terms (mov. 1, arch. 12):

[…] Regarding the request for urgent relief, I consider the request to remove the negative entries during the present case to be reasonable, since the measure is fully reversible if the initial claim is confirmed.

This is because, when it comes to agricultural business relations, products and resellers constantly need to seek credit in the market, which creates a risk of damage.

Furthermore, there are indications that some of the products charged were not even delivered, so a debt of R$2,371,396.00 could be excessive.

An interesting fact here:

When Harvest submitted the Final exploration report for Maxixe tenement 832.275/2010 they submitted a 'reduction of area protocol' on the same day.

And same when Jamganda submitted the Final exploration report for Pitombeiras tenement 800.235/2014 they also submitted a 'reduction of area protocol' on the same day.

Harvest have submitted 4 other Final exploration reports for tenements associated with the Arapua project. One adjoins the Maxixe tenement and the other three are part of the Arapua block. However, for each of these 4 tenements a 'reduction of area protocol' has NOT been submitted.
A further 3 Arapua block tenements are due to have the Final exploration reports submitted by 30-09-2024. Will 'reduction of area protocol' be submitted with those tenements?

Are they leaving those decisions on area reduction to others?

In a digger, in a fridge, in a bag, in a lab, in the hand, however glossy a video, however good the graphics are, it’s still rock dust, one size must fit all dust. The guys that made the video did a fabulous job though. Seems you can polish a never mind
