30/7/2024 07:14:40 | How strange! This 'coincidence' is becoming less challenging?
There's a document in the process documents for the labour case of 'Rubens Aparecido Pires x Triunfo Mining of Brazil LTDA' titled:
'Attached Annex: R _CTV TMB-086.21 Dna Agrícola Termination Agreement - Rubens - pdf-Termination Agreement | Contract'
I wonder how many companies there are in Jatai called 'DNA Agricola....'?

24/7/2024 01:16:58 | From the latest accounts:
'Given the challenges being experienced at the Arapua project, the Company did not advance either its Sergi Potash Project or its Iguatama Limestone Project during the year to 31 December 2023.'
Well it's now official - Sergipe 'appeal dismissed'.
Righthand column, third line.
I assume it will be moved to 'availability' and possibly put to SOPEL (auction)?

23/7/2024 13:32:22 | ‘ and in fact DNA Agricola.... administrator/director is also called Rubens Aparecido Pires,
Just a coincidence. Many people go by those 3 names in that order, probably. Likewise just cos the farm next to the Arapua is owned by the Azevedos, doesn’t mean nothing. | kreature
23/7/2024 12:31:13 | My next investment in Brazil will be in a law firm, money for old rope apparently and you never lose/win a case. | whl2

Understandable!
From the latest FY accounts: 'Provision for legal claims A$216,149.00' and 'The provision for legal claims relates to claims by former outsourced contractors claiming employment status with the Group.'
Extract from start of a new labour related case posted yesterday involving Triunfo.... (the defendant). Interesting it's in Goias, Jatai, and the plaintiff is Rubens Aparecido Pires. If you can recall that's the same state and municipality as the recent but separate case involving a claim by Triunfo... against DNA Agricola...and others for R$2,371,396.00 and in fact DNA Agricola.... administrator/director is also called Rubens Aparecido Pires:

19/7/2024 07:54:05 | Alas, good news!
After numerous false starts 'Fosfato de Miriri' finally made it to auction.
The successful bidder 'Elephant Mineracao Ltda', it's true, 'Elephant...' paid the bonus figure of R$100,000.00. That's R$49,000.00 more than a group of Brazilian businessmen previously paid.
See SGB feature, 4th item:

19/7/2024 02:54:16 | It's nearly 10years since Harvest (Triunfo...) acquisition of the Arapua block licences (ASX notified 5th Sept 2014) and since then how many research boreholes have they drilled? Answer = 0? Late 2014 the announced bulk samples taken, 500kg (KMA) from one tenement and 100kg (dique) from another. Fast fwd to late 2022 due to failing to get new overlay licences on three tenements they rushed in to the last 1 year research period on three tenements. One week before before submitting the 3 final exploration reports they informed ANM of the discovery of a new substance, 'FOSFATO'. Days before the research permits expired the FERs were submitted (26th Sept 2023). They submitted photos, satellite images, dug trenches, data collected rock samples....... but boreholes? So why now, in this REE phase I, are they going drill 7 boreholes across 7 tenements? Or is it 7 across 4 to complete before 30-09-2024?
WILL THESE 7 BOREHOLES BE AUTHORISED RESEARCH?
YP | ypymytyc | |
18/7/2024 17:25:06 | ‘ First phase aims to evaluate the nature of the REE and its main elements based on historical data ‘
Based on the historical data? So just Look over previous reports ? Hasn’t that been done already ? What if nothing shows up, other than a report about the reports perhaps ? | kreature
18/7/2024 16:39:41 | ‘ The second phase will execute new drilling to access potential deposit dimensions along with preliminary bench scale processing route.’
I think enough dtilling has been done there over centuries. Surely it’s mainly dust, maybe with some mud and grass ? | kreature
18/7/2024 16:37:53 | RNS : ‘ First phase aims to evaluate the nature of the REE and its main elements based on historical data ‘
It’s dust. How many million tons of dust will Hmi need to sift through to find say one lithium battery ? | kreature
16/7/2024 12:01:55 | "Oh, what a tangled web we weave, when first we......." Can't see this saving those licences?
YP | ypymytyc | |
14/7/2024 09:32:13 | And in-between it cost A$800,000 cash ,>24,000,000 shares, Coffey/GE21 got a JORC inferred resource report ,FFA legal did their usual bit and a write down of A$3m in the 2022 accounts to avoid a profit?
Next will be A$7m out of future commitments.
Then tell the shareholder they've relinquished the project to concentrate on Arapua or maybe just returned it to the original owners whom ever that was, KMINE, B&a Pesquisa, Talon, Rio Verde, Bancor Mineracao ........ or even a group of Brasilian Business men perhaps, who knows?

11/7/2024 11:16:14 | Sergipe!, well who would a thought it? How many years, how many dollars, all carp......well done!
The new ANM DG shows he gets on with the job in hand!
Extract: In view of the above, considering the report and grounds above and the technical and legal analyses issued in the proceedings, which refute the arguments presented by the interested party, I VOTE to acknowledge the appeal presented and, on the merits, DENY THE APPROVAL, maintaining the decision under challenge.
After publication of the above decision, the case will be returned to the ANM Regional Unit in the State of Sergipe for action to be taken on your case.
