The answer to question 15 confirms the October 2019 sales of 3,899t is correct or should I say, at least not 'fake'.

Harvest statement 'The only accurate source of information is from the Company directly.'

The figures '3,899t at an average sales price of 210BRL/t' were taken from ANM Collection and Procedures Board CFEM print out.
The source of that information be it via, ANM server, Telemetry, weigh scale print out, other etc was from Triunfo Mineracao do Brasil Ltda - 'the Company' and that's even more direct than from Harvest.

Surely Harvest should now address/explain the resulting discrepancies, for example, the tax (2% of revenue) detailed in the 6 months accounts Dec 18 vs information provided to ANM? Just a thought.

The ANM doc does say 3,899t for Oct 2019 though. Is the ANM not an accurate source of information? The question says, where did they get that from, or is it fake news? Anyone want the link?

15. Question: One poster on ADVFN wrote that in October your sales were 3,899t at an average sales price of 210BRL/t. Where did they get that from or is it fake news?

Answer: The only accurate source of information is from the Company directly. We would caution readers to be sceptical of any information published from sources other than the Company.

KAMAFUGITO

They have a mineral resource of ~13Mt of which ~3.7Mt are of 'K' & 'P' grades as per MAPA guarantees.
The remaining ~9.3Mt cannot be called KPf..., cannot be sold as KPF..., is not MAPA certified and without MAPA certification is not an IBD product.

Why didn't they TM 'Kamafugite'?

Think about it!

'Natureza: Marca de Produto'

It's a product trademark, not a 'term'.

So my guess is, it's about 10 million ton?

One minute it’s a remineraliser, next a fertiliser? Perhaps that could be corrected? Great RNS otherwise. Amazing.

Brian McMaster, Executive Chairman of Harvest stated, "Kamafugito or Kamafugite is a term we use extensively in our marketing in Brazil, so it is therefore prudent for us as a maturing business to take all the necessary steps to protect our intellectual property."

Since when has dust become an intellectual property ! Bet the sales team are out partying now - that's gotta be worth at least another 30kt per annum!

Is there enough money to pay the 1m to vendors and expand the ROM etc?

1. To date , sales and profits are promises - they haven’t met any forecasts.

2. Do you seriously believe McMaster put his own money in !

......'independent certification'?

With the exception of the leach test and as far as I'm aware for MAPA remineraliser certification, there is no requirement for the dust to demonstrate 'efficacy versus regular chemical fertiliser'.

And how do you explain Brian McMaster investing £0.8m of his own money in the high teens, alongside investors like you and me ?

If that is the case, how do you explain independent certification of the product demonstrating superior efficacy versus regular chemical fertiliser ?How do you explain customers, including Veloso, going on record in video recordings about the superior efficacy of composting with KP Fertil ? And explain away that they are planning to go 100% KPF in 2-3 years. I have seen videos of the actual fields with the composting

The business is a “ sham “ , plain and simple ! Management are hiding behind the timing of promised sales and profits and actual reported results - of course they will be caught out - just a matter of time !

If true, that is good news and quite rightly should be released as an RNS given the magnitude of money - thanks again yp

Why do we always get news from posters rather than the company!

Tracking sideways now, hard to see any investor interest until they release the next set of financials, IMO.

OK, here's some news;

I've had a look at the Geociclo Judicial Recovery updated list of creditors (dated 06-01-2020) and there appears to be one previously listed Class III creditor that is now NOT listed as a creditor.
Yep, you've guessed it!

.........It's 'Triunfo Mineracao do Brasil Ltda'......previously listed for the grand total of R$1,353,275.00
