If its a sham Hungry16, Please tell me

a Why the CEO would buy £770,000 of stock. ?????

b Why Institutional investors subscribed for stock in the recent significantly oversubscribed Placing.

c Why Agrocerrado have become heavily involved in the marketing of KPFERTIL .

The list could go on and on, however you choose to listen to a poster who has for over two years been dedicated too deramping HMI at every opportunity.

Any news on the missing MAPA cert and the broken KPfertil.net.br website ? Perhaps someone will take a look at it after the World Cup ?

Brooko19 imho the churn has completed and the share price can soon start to react to simple supply and demand.

Kreature I sense a bit of panic that since the new shares came online on Friday there has been no offloading and the shares that America sold have been hoovered up by the market hence were still around the 20p mark we was at when funding news landed...

So was I wrong to say that Americas have been dumping shares like there's no tomorrow?

john henry,

No I did not make up anything. The 8.09% was the prior holding quoted in the rns.

I have no idea (or interest) as to what Americas may have traded since they received shares in consideration for a potash project. They do not appear to have filed a change of interest since 2015.

I was just doing a check based on the figures quoted in the 3 notifications filed today. And based on those percentages there had been no reduction in holdings (post placing) since the previous notice (pre-placing).

Just out of interest VRS ( i hold stock) raised funds @ 15p and 18p, for expansion. Institution sold 14% of the company from 20p-14p. Shed loads of retail investors bailed out.
SP now hitting 140p after 8 months.

Imho HMI will be trading around 75p by year end.

Believe me when HMI breaks into new highs, the share price will really start to motor, forget 0.25-0.5p daily rises. think 4-10p
