Some good buying returning today, seller these past few weeks looks to be slowing.

Technicals show the 50 EMA is showing good support.

Can anyone have a go at being on the significant shareholder page ? Almost like it's changing every few days now. Is the main dumper the director's other company 'Americas Investments & Participation' ?

Chipperfrd if you have been following the volumes and L2 these past weeks you would have seen that there has been a large seller in the market.

We now know it was Americas.

In fact this 8.09 % has been made up by yourself to make the numbers balance.

Americas previously held 12.28% prior to the Placing 16Million shares. If they hadnt reduce their holding it would be 8.68% post placing.

Holding 5.79% . Reduced by 5.33 Million shares . 2.89%

Chipperfrd when did Americas announced that they had reduced their holding from 16Million to 10.66M

According to the company website on the 23rd of MAY Americas held 16 Million shares.

today 18th June Company website indictaes a holding of 10.66 Million.

There have been no holdings RNS between the 23rd May and 17th June.

Americas have reduced their holding.

If you look through the holdings RNSs you will not find one from Americas. they have held firm since the AIM listing in April 2016

I repeat, my posts refer to today's notices. ie

Americas previously held 8.09% of 131m, = c. 10.66m.
They now hold 5.79% (after placing) of 184m, = 10.66m, ie no change!

The notice clearly states that the changed voting rights refers to 'an event changing the voting rights' ie the placing.

What they may have held at earlier dates is not relevant to todays rns.

Actually brooko19, Kmine and Americas stayed the same no. shares. It was just the placing that changed their percentage of voting rights.

As we already know, B McMaster added c. 4.16m shares.

So none of these 3 announcements report reductions!

So 'AMERICAS INVESTMENTS & PARTICIPATION LIMITED' had 16,000,000 shares as of 22nd May 2018, but today they only have 10,666,667 ?



So it appears as though they have somehow sold 5,333,333 shares in just one month, somewhere around £1m worth ?

Is 'AMERICAS INVESTMENTS & PARTICIPATION LIMITED' the same as 'BRAZIL AMERICAS INVESTMENTS & PARTICIPATION MINERACAO LTDA' , a company with Harvest's director at the helm? :

Someone’s very desperate worried about his short position I suppose....

Anyhow only one of the RNS’s was a reduction and the fact that hardly anything has been sold since Friday when the placing shares became live tells me everything I need to know about what type of ii’s participated and how highly they rate HMI going forward....

It seems to be owned by www.verdeagritech.com

Their market cap is a about half of Harvest and their project has a 2 BILLION dollars NPV... and they are in production! WTF!!! They also have a pretty good YouTube channel I’m buying on Monday!!!!

'a plan for recovery of degraded areas' ?
'an operation license'
MAPA certification
the Feasibility Study
the Full Mining Licence application ?

No rush now, served it's purpose IMO.
The re-direct on the Agrocerrado website still works though, it gets you to the KPfutil unconnected site. I think someone should tell them HMI have managed to raise a bit of cash now and best they remove the link. The Yara link still works. LOL
