One thing about throwing up some question is finding out if anyone knows a thing about the company and a hope to get answers ti simple questions.

What is wrong with question about getting a licence. Brazil laws say you have to be a Brazil national or incorporated in Brazil.

I know of a company that talked of it's Brazil potash play (Sirocco mining) but nothing ever came of it. I did ask Sirocco at the time but they refused to talk about it.

EG from the Sirocco website at the time. They were the team that sold a start up gold mine to Kinross for $7 billion.

"also has interest in the Salvador Potash Project consisting of 2500 square kilometers located along the Atlantic coast in northeastern Brazil."

So I would think if the potash play was viable they could have made something of it but it never got off the ground and I don't know why.

The licence will take a long time to get as per Brazil law and comments.

So back to someone that posted here. How can it be that they can just rinse and repeat as much as they like on a temporary licence. Surely there must be a extraction limit or time limit to move to a full licence.

Then if they prove it's viable what then re the highly corrupt Brazil who are defensive against foreigners grabbing their assets.

And the acquirer is a company that has changed direction various times without success and originates from the ASX.

Not a great recipe at all so sensible imo to proceed with extreme caution on this one and put the research in.

People, I am relatively new to this share and only have a very small holding compared to many I suspect. However past experience has taught me that not listening to people who have a different view to me is in the least foolish but at worst extremely expensive.

Although I see a future for HMI I am not going to rubbish someone else adding their thoughts to this board if it means I then do my own research in an area I had not previously thought to look and discover something I don't like about the company. So I suggest we let Superg1 do his leg work ask him nicely to post links to his evidence and then read it for ourselves. Then make our own, fully informed decisions, rather than going blindly into the unknown.
