Where are the half year results? Looking forward to seeing the details on all of those 'sales'. Why is this company still trading on AIM ? I thought the AIM Admission Doc info was false concerning RV2 ?

1st Sept 2015 : RV2 Voluntarily Liquidated one day before the Admission Doc was published :
CNPJ number: 20522729000135

2nd Sept 2015 : Admission Doc
'The acquisition is subject to Triunfo Mineracao making a payment of US$1,000,000 to RV2 Rio Verde Mineracao Ltda (“RV2”)'

MAPA is in no doubt - if anyone has worked in countries like Brazil they will know that it difficult to know the exact timing. They are not operating in the UK or Australia !

Grassroots sales force, going to round farmers to get them to buy direct. Number is more than 20 potential customers and growing by the week - working better than expectations at this stage

The recent contract is not on consignments and has sold the product to the customer. It is contingent on the speed that HMI delivers it, and they expect payment 30-60 days on normal credit terms after the first delivery for the customer to pay for it.

No requirement for any more testing.

Production online this month, infrastructure is in place.

Contacted govt to apply for full mining license, expected to hear back Q2 18 and then they'll submit, with it being expected by the end of the year.

Trial mining license has no cap on quantity

Someone may want to ask tomorrow why the CNPJ status of the subsidiary company that own the mine site tenement is BAIXADA rather than ATIVA? And are they allowed to Buy, Sell, issue invoices etc. while the company is BAIXADA ? and why is the Reason for that 'Incorporação' ?

Which company was used for the MAPA cert application ?

The CNPJ situacao of ‘Triunfo Fertilizantes & Mineracao Ltda’ is 'BAIXADA' , which I'm told most likely means suspended for some reason? Possibly by request of the company (Incorporacao) ? (CNPJ: 21127263000136)

My guess is that the page is not displaying the full information (perhaps including HMI details) because of the BAIXADA status which seems to have taken effect on 26.12.2017 ?

Doc, hold tight to your handbag, I think you're going to need it. IMV this is possibly around 20 times overvalued. DYOR - ATB
PS - I added a Short position this morning. Perhaps I'm being a bit impatient, then again perhaps 25p is just wishful thinking?

I'm not sure that the rock is all that relevant if there's no apparent relationship between HMI and Triunfo Fertilizantes & Mineracao Ltda at receita.fazenda.gov.br ? No mention of Triunfo Fertilizantes & Mineracao Ltda in the Annual Reports ? The admission doc says that Triunfo Fertilizantes & Mineracao Ltda ‘holds 99,999 quotas of R$1.00 each, fully subscribed but not paid up to date.’ Of course the mine site tenement is in the name of that company

Interesting thesis by Dr Campbell. But I understand the Brazilian deposits to be weathered Kamafugite lava. What difference do you think the differing petrology will cause?

Reasonable conference call questions?

1. Will mining contractor DK’s claim for R$ 259,620 ever be disclosed to the market perhaps to comply with AIM Rule 11 ……and have DK ceased working for the company as the mining contractor ?

2. Will you inform the market of the Liquidation of RV2 (the company mentioned in the Admission Doc). Wouldn't that be necessary to comply with AIM rule 17? and who is the expected beneficiary of the $1m now that RV2 doesn't exist?

3. How can the Arapua project be valid if it is, 'subject to Triunfo Mineracao do Brasil Ltd making a payment of US$1,000,000 to RV2 Rio Verde Mineracao Ltda (“RV2”) , a company that does not exist ?

hungary , shouldn't you be thanking me for highlighting something that significant ? The next logical question may be to ask if MMB Mining have been paid up-to-date, and who is the mining contractor now ? - IMO - ATB

Conference call questions....

1. Did the mining contractor DK Transportes get their R$259.620 from Triunfo eventually ? Has the case been settled now ?

2. How much has it cost HMI/Triunfo to defend the legal action ?

Dr. Cambell reached her conclusions on a different rockdust in 2009 at Glasgow University, page 381

'no effects on nutrient content of the harvested material due to rockdust addition'
