22/2/2010 08:54 | or is that a £1000 profit now? :-) | pugg1ey
22/2/2010 08:51 | Is that the easiest £800 pound profit you've made cyber? | pugg1ey
22/2/2010 08:43 | MM read this one 100% wrong this AM in my view. | tara7
22/2/2010 08:38 | Buyers are pouring in, no stock at this low price also why would you sell on that good news re profits. | tara7
22/2/2010 08:35 | Yeh, it's virtually impossible to buy in any sizeable amounts. | cyberpost
22/2/2010 08:32 | Cyberpost - 'Trading' is not and never has been my style and I'm too old in the tooth to change. It's cost me a 'paper' profit in this instance but I still feel the company is going in the right direction now and worth supporting. Just wish I could have bought a worthwhile number this morning. | ansc
22/2/2010 08:25 | ansc I was puzzled by you not selling last week. If you felt strongly (and you were right) that the HTH t/o wasn't going to happen, then it was more than prudent to sell and buy back in on the mark down - which did happen. | cyberpost
22/2/2010 08:22 | I was unfortunately late logging on this morning so was only offered 2.5k online which I refused. The massive mark-down a typical Misery Maker panic-inducing attempt. Taken from announcement: "..... the Group continues to enjoy good and improving profitability and growth, supported by strong cash flow. We look forward to generating increasing shareholder value going forward. Shareholders will also note that the Board was able to resume dividend payments at the time of the recent interim announcement." | ansc
22/2/2010 08:20 | This stock should be going up today not down, bid talks are off only cos a waste of time at the 70p level as stated by the largest shareholder. Worth around £1.00 min today in my view. | tara7
22/2/2010 08:02 | got 10k.... couldnt get any more | cyberpost
22/2/2010 07:51 | Cyber ....... get ready for the low - then time to buy back in!! According to statement trading looks good with the run up to the end of the year being the best bit | phantom10
22/2/2010 07:34 | It's tanked pre-market. | cyberpost
22/2/2010 07:06 | Looks like PG scuppered that then :-) | spec7
17/2/2010 12:42 | Not appeared on the my trade screen. How many ? | cyberpost
17/2/2010 12:41 | cyber - just after you wrote this!! | phantom10
17/2/2010 10:53 | "I'm getting out - will buy more when at the lower level" phantom so where's your trade ? | cyberpost
17/2/2010 09:23 | There's no certainty that the share price will dive should Delta's approach fall by the wayside, it all depends on what management have to say as regards current trading/prospects. I've not held for over four years simply on the off-chance of a takeover bid. I originally bought because I thought that HTH was a niche company and that opinion still holds (foolishly?) today. | ansc
17/2/2010 08:45 | ansc - agree entirely I'm not waiting any longer as there is too much at stake at these levels - cybers right if nothing happens then the share price will plummet, I'm getting out - will buy more when at the lower level | phantom10
17/2/2010 08:29 | ansc if you really believe the t/o wont happen.... then surely you should be selling now ? As if the t/o does not go ahead the share price will be marked down. | cyberpost
17/2/2010 08:21 | When will this charade come to an end? Three days to go before we reach the next 'deadline' and what have Delta achieved in the intervening three months other than frustrating us long suffering shareholders; they might just as well have accepted ages ago that PG was not going to agree to their approach without extracting his pound of flesh which did not equate to 69p per share. I just hope when the directors finally announce the inevitable that they can make a positive statement on current trading. | ansc
07/2/2010 18:10 | For the same reason they could have hoovered these up at 25p before making an intention to possibly bid. This whole episode has been a bit of a laugh and the way delta has gone about it will end up costing them a premium now "if" they go ahead. | spec7
07/2/2010 15:42 | You can get almost 10% by buying now and taking the bid IF IT COMES. Could i ask a serious question to all. If DELTA were serious why are they not hoovering up all the spare shares at sub 69p so as to save some cash? Snow | snowman10
01/2/2010 14:18 | I think you've hit the nail on the head there Whiters. The announcement this morning again mentions EKT but not a word on PG's reaction yet he would seem to be holding all of the aces; the crux of the approach must surely be in his hands and he appears to be holding out for his pound of flesh. Good on him! | ansc |
