They are bang in trouble because they need shares for the re-rate and there’s hardly any in the free float AND no one will be selling now that the deals gone through (today).

The 2 biggest shareholders have a plan for this shell and it’s going to be MASSIVE because they turned down a better offer just so that they could go full steam ahead !!!

Doubt we will have too wait long for the RTO/plan to be announced .

This looks like it could break-out fairly soon as well.

This is very very cheap considering how much cash they have. Once we get nearer to the 1st Oct(when the deal gets voted in)the share price will definitely start rising in anticipation.

Buy before it happens because there’s hardly and shares in the open market.

I know that Invenhire which is backed by Private equity in the U.S.A. recently spent $100m buying Tata oil operations in India so the $8m would appear to be small change for them. Buying HEPI fits their stated strategy so I can see no reason for them not paying. It's just when India is involved anything can happen. CNE for example.

That little attempt to get the price down did not work out for them because it got bought into, so they ticked up the ask more a less immediately.

Times running out because the £7m goes into HDY hands next Tuesday 20th.

NOW is a great time to buy because the fundamentals get a hell of a lot stronger in a few more trading days and the market will re-rate us on the back of it.
