Result of Annual General Meeting
and Total Voting Rights
Hardide plc (AIM: HDD), the developer and provider of advanced surface coating technology, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier this morning, were duly passed. The results of the votes will be available on the Company's website.
Following the approval by Shareholders of the Share Capital Consolidation and Fundraising, application has been made for the re-admission of a total 48,451,917 ordinary shares of 4 pence each (being the Company's issued share capital following the Share Capital Consolidation plus the Fundraising Shares) ("Admission"). Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. Admission is expected to occur at 8:00 a.m. on 5 March 2019.
Following Admission, the Company's new ISIN Code will be GB00BJJPX768 and its new SEDOL Code will be BJJPX76.
Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular containing notice of the AGM posted to shareholders on 8 February 2019.
