The biggest problem with this thread is that it demonstrates a debating standard that you could find in any Student Union bar anywhere in the country.

Clearly the biggest problem is that students shouldn't be given more money, look at the dross they post on the internet! And remove free internet access from them.

Fox hunting is cruel.
I watched some of the big cat programmes last week. It got too much for me. The cruelty is barbaric but it is natural. If you have had the moment of self realisation in which you see man's internal nature(good and bad) reflected in the animal world you will understand fox hunting. Whether or not men and women should choose to be cruel is another matter. Personally I think mankind should use their freewill to choose good rather than bad. In fact mankinds progress towards civilisation has seen the cruelest animals moving towards extinction.
Cruelty and fox hunting is cruel and is not a quality.
