A director buying £135,000 worth of HSD shares with his own money is what I call a proper directors buy showing his confidence in the company with a second director purchasing £43,000 worth of HSD shares.

My guess is Milton.
Look at their catastrophic decision to sell down VRS.

I have been in HSD for5+ years. Great div while share price held steady. Now, at an all time low, why, I wonder, should I any confidence?

The Bahamas operation is in addition to the IoM not in place of it, although inevitable I suppose that some work will migrate.

Hansard’s Bahamas move branded ‘disappointing’ By Kirsten Hastings:

Senior figures in the Isle of Man life insurance sector have criticised Hansard’s decision to set up a company in the Bahamas, which the insurer admits was partly driven by the looming commission disclosure rules.

Shouldn't they be putting out an RNS regarding the sharp share price decline, even if its of the 'we know of no reason' sort ?

I would doubt very much if the seller is anything with the name Polonsky in it or The Wellcome Trust or the employee benefit trust.
