I was just quoted 73.13p to buy 2000.

No, in theory all information should be in the public domain but the price keeps falling so is there information that is not public but is detrimental to the share price and some one is trading on that ?

I would be if I didn't already have a load bought at a higher price. Current yield is 11% and even 5.5% will be a good return in a cash-rich company.

Also;

1. Further adverse development on the provision for bad debts
2. Increased litigation defense activity

I got out of these in September last year and cannot see an overwhelming reason to buy back in at the current share price.

AuA - Static at £1bn
Margins - H2 lower than H1
Single Premium - good growth, Regular Premium - contracting.
Middle East broker in trouble, ME new business down 63%, £1.1m doubtful debt.
Decent growth elsewhere.
Persistency assumptions reduced - Regular premium customers not staying as long.

As I was saying last week, looking forward a year or so, the HSD share price and divi could be in a very different place to where it is today.
