Agreed dvi, I added because of the potential yield at the time. Just hope the ship can remain steady and they maintain it and don't have any nasty surprises.

I agree. If sustained tomorrow then a move up to 110p seems likely. I still don't know why they went down to the 80p. I added a bit but kicking myself for not buying more aggressively as the 9% yield (at the time) in an ISA looked attractive.

Hi Fangorn2,

I'm around now for 30 or so minutes, failing that I'm always in front of my PC 7-9 every morning.

Cheers

Hi Zoolook.

The Rising Sun is my local pub so no effort for me to make it for a beer there :-). You've an excellent taste in beer sir - Only this afternoon I was out in the sun at Hallamshire Tennis (watching my son play) whilst supping a couple of pints of Abbeydale Deception.

Envirovision - of course you would have been invited!

Zoolook,

Not quite sure which trades you're specifically referring to but:

Trades 52 & 55 were both late reported trades with prices consistent with the earlier spread prices at 15.34 and 14.14 respectively. Trade 53 was the uncrossing trade(UT) consistent with the 97-100 closing spread. Trade 54 NT was conducted after the close at the uncrossing price of 100. Trade 50 was a large sell of 50,000 so was conducted outside of the prevailing spread of 97-100 due to size.

I can't see anything particularly out of the ordinary except the high frequency of trades for HSD but let me know if i've missed your point.

As an aside I believe you're from the Sheffield area - myself and Steve Markus have been tweeting recently about an investors drink in the not too distant future if you're interested?

Cheers

Anyone make any sense of the closing trades - the buy and sell prices look all over the place.
