The fundamental problem is they're replacing historic higher margin business with new lower margin investment funds. Creating a big headwind. The handy table from Stemis in the header demonstrates this really well. Higher AUM in 2017 than 2009 but PAT running at 45%.

Indeed. The problem being theres no end to it. I dont understand compensation in the countries in question. I mean do they have an FCA equivalent whom have access to the entire customer by customer historical dealings and a load of no win no fee ambulance chasing lawyers? If its anything like the UK it could be very drawn out and costly.

It seems to me that what is really holding the share price back is: "The group continues to manage litigation exposures of Hansard Europe. Outstanding writs total €16.3m (£14.3m $18.6m), up €600,000 from the half-year."

Well that makes a change - I bought a few more @83.30p on the 21st. Dividend and a capital increase (so far).

There has been more interest in these over the past few days in anticipation of an announcement re Final divi which last year came out on the 22nd Sept. Going by the RNS on 27/7 I feel that we may well get 5.3p as last year or even a slight increase. Maybe it's just my wishful thinking but these are a good bet.

Well it looks like a major holders is not trying to exit as he would have known and said. Thanks for update. Very tempting yield here now with plenty of long term upside.
