Further to the announcement released on 24 December 2020, the Company has now become aware that Mark Bourgeois, a PDMR, acquired 7,995 shares pursuant to the Company's Enhanced Scrip Dividend Alternative at 2 pence or ZAR 4.03832 per share announced on 11 November 2020 (the "Enhanced Scrip Dividend Alternative"), rather than 8,338 shares as stated in the 24 December announcement . All other details in the original announcement remain the same.
