11/5/2016 18:52 | I had never heard of DeGiro before. So I checked them out. They give discount share dealing a new meaning. Maybe they need a bit more back-office investment, although when they charge two quid per trade, it does not surprise me that they claim they can't trace a divi from a blue-chip UK name. You should ask for compensation or take the matter up with their Compliance Officer. If I got it on 29th at TD, something funny going on with your broker. Good luck! ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa

29/1/2016 11:18 | Meant to add that off course brokers look long . . . | terreyhill
29/1/2016 11:17 | Maybe upside is coming, but in the short to medium term (with the Birmingham purchase) cash flow will be dented big time. I, and my mates have several large concerns about the next three to four months for this one. | terreyhill
02/12/2015 10:49 | Goldman see 20% upside. JPM see 15% upside. with the new broker reco's, perhaps now is a safer time to get involved. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
02/12/2015 10:25 | I was prepared to enter @575 on 16 Nov, but now I see why it jumped on 17Nov...and has jumped since, so I missed the contrarian/bargain train then | giammy85

16/11/2015 02:36 | Why this has lost 11% in 15 days? And being exposed to France, I reckon the day can be volatile for HMSO | giammy85
28/10/2015 09:35 | Since the closure of the Irish loan acquisition, the stock has regained composure. On 13th. October, Broker Exane Paribas REITERATED its OUTPERFORM recommendation with an unchanged PRICE TARGET of 750p. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa

05/10/2015 11:33 | It would not surprise me if there was a 10-15% sudden pop in Hammerson over a few months. Some particularly favourable recent broker forecasts against a share price of 630p. The portfolio acquisition of loans secured against Irish real estate looks very interesting. Broker forecasts:- All in last week. Exane Paribas REITERATE OUTPERFORM with TARGET PRICE of 750p Deutsche REITERATE BUY with TARGET PRICE 750 JPM Caz RETAINS OVERWEIGHT with TARGET PRICE of 730p Panmure RETAINS BUY with TARGET PRICE of 825p ALL IMO> DYOR. 08/5/2014 17:21 | Hi janeann All time high was over £17 in 2007 so a long way to go. The good news is that they have dispensed with a number of less than talented management recently. I believe they are moving out of their expensive offices in Central London. All in all they seem to be making the right moves. There is gossip that they are a attractive target. | churchill2
08/5/2014 14:43 | breaking through the all time high; good dividend and a stock held by some major investment trusts. Long may the steady increase continue. | janeann
19/10/2012 16:55 | Nice rise again to year high, the city obviously likes the new aquisition of shopping centres. Anyone heard any more about a possible £6.50 takeover from Westfield? | dovegang
12/9/2012 15:56 | Having doubts regarding HMSO's recent purchase in the centre of Leeds. Much will depend on what the markets view is of the price paid. The Victoria Arcade area of Leeds is a very old established shopping area, but times are changing due to the motor car and on-line shopping. | w.bramley |
