Result of Special Shareholder Meeting

and

Re-Admission to Trading

HaloSource, Inc. (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the global clean water technology company traded on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market, announces that all of the resolutions proposed at its Special Shareholder Meeting were duly passed.

As a result, the Group will be re-domiciled to the British Virgin Islands by way of reverse triangular merger whereby the Company will become a wholly owned subsidiary of HaloSource Corporation. The 563,005,776 depositary interests ("DIs") representing the entire issued share capital of HaloSource Corporation will be issued and admitted to AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 13 April 2018 ("Admission"), replacing the equivalent number of DIs representing the shares in HaloSource, Inc. which shall cease to be traded on AIM.

Unrestricted line: VGG425271043
