01/12/2021 16:52 | Wow, what an acquisition | n0rbie
01/12/2021 16:49 | Acquisition of National part funded with a placing. Looks decent, earnings accretive with additional synergies. I am a long term holder and have also applied via primary bid. The recent Omicron induced price fall is unfortunate timing for an equity raise though albeit its relatively small. | rimau1
15/11/2021 14:08 | Rbc upgrades to 465p outperform | 1pvh
11/11/2021 19:27 | Predictable profit-taking today. Expect the re-rate to continue. | yf23_1
11/11/2021 16:40 | They are also offering a company that is advancing and performing very well. Motoring part i really like.Sure other companies offer a higher dividend, but are they growing as fast as halfords? Making money on your shares and dividend much better imo. | greco600
11/11/2021 13:21 | They need to get the dividend back into double figures, while 9p per year is ok at a 2.8% yield it is below the market average. | adeg
10/11/2021 19:06 | Bought plenty more this morning at 305 / 308 early doors. In my calculations I would say 400p is a fair price. In many many years of dealing I struggle to think of a more obviously undervalued company. Unless I'm missing something?? | 1pvh
10/11/2021 15:53 | Sense this is heading back to £4 I would agree....DYOR and GLA | qs99
10/11/2021 15:09 | Halfords Group plc issued interims for FY22 this morning. The company reported strong H1 performance and indicated a confident outlook. H2 has started positively with sales momentum continuing across the business. Management upgraded their full year profit before tax forecast to £80m - £90m. Valuation is very attractive with forward PE ratio at 8.9, top-quartile for the Speciality Retailers sector, and PS ratio at 0.43 roughly top third for the sector. Share price was in a correction from early July, but looks to be breaking out to the upside today. HFD is a solid company, with decent growth prospects, improving balance sheet and attractive valuation. BUY....keep up to date with stocks with WealthOracleAM | km18
10/11/2021 12:39 | Nice one CT. I had another look at HFD following your recent post re buying a few at £3....Made me think HFD's share price was being overly depressed by supply chain worries if you were a buyer given your insight into market conditions from your involvement with Tandem. Beyond bicycles I especially like HFD's car servicing offer future potential for E-vehicles. Keep up the posts, as an aside, I would like to be a buyer on JET2 but think it is too early, so I am especially interested on your posts on the JET2 boards also. Cheers Andy. | andy2205
10/11/2021 10:42 | those dark days when I kept buying....... happy days now | castleford tiger
10/11/2021 10:16 | This is now on the radar as an private equity takeover IMO.Lot of future growth here! | kendonagasaki
10/11/2021 09:16 | The bike manufacturers have grabbed all the parts from the suppliers. There’s a big problem with servicing and repairs, but that probably doesn’t matter for Halfords - I’m not sure they make much on servicing bikes - lots of free labour offered on new bikes sold. | yump
10/11/2021 08:23 | i had these on my watch list for a long time. in the past many a pe group has run the ruler over this on but you always thought that supply chain would hurt this through the christmas period. that they are saying things are better now, its surprising. i wonder if its something specific to what they have done, because it hasnt been detailed. | roguetraderuk
10/11/2021 08:20 | THis should be 400p+ again. | yf23_1
10/11/2021 08:14 | market got this badly wrong. it was all supply chain and stay at home. but it clearly wasnt stay at home and now they say supply chain issues are easing. up 15% but still very cheap on a 12 month basis. | roguetraderuk
10/11/2021 08:13 | Bought a couple of thousand shares yesterday - not going to set my portfolio on fire but great update so confident of making some money here now | 21ant
10/11/2021 08:08 | Very happy with results. Ive been saying a while halfords are very well positioned | greco600
10/11/2021 07:37 | Circa 30p this year so PE under 10 currently. Way too cheap given today's news, should be back up to 400p so big upside potential from here IMO. | sundance 13
10/11/2021 07:26 | sounds like they've sorted supply chain issues with bikes.. It'll be interesting to see where we end up at close of trading today? | cravencottage
10/11/2021 07:23 | Not only a 10%+ profits upgrade but the line that stood out and the first company to my knowledge to state this “supply chain disruption easing” very cheap IMO and derisked. | rimau1
10/11/2021 07:20 | I have to say.This is a great set of results.Fantastic and impressive. | kendonagasaki
03/11/2021 10:12 | What's with all the little trades ??? | s34icknote
03/11/2021 09:22 | Forecast eps anyone ?? | s34icknote |
