The Gym Group plc, the fast growing, nationwide operator of 133 low cost gyms, announces that the Company was informed on 20 June 2018 that certain PDMRs of the Company as detailed below sold ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This is the first time that both have sold shares since the IPO.
