2017 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
GYG (AIM: GYG), the market leading superyacht painting, supply and maintenance company, today announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF, United Kingdom at 11.30 am on 29 May 2018.
Hard copies of the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2017 (the "Annual Report"), Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders on or around 26 April 2018. Electronic copies of the Annual Report will shortly be made available on the Company's website at www.globalyachtinggroup.com within the Investor Relations section.
