Jupiter likely taking on some of Woodford's stake. The share price is oversold at these levels based on the last update. As soon as Woodford is gone, this is going to move fast imo.

This looks to have a sensible chance of being a good recovery play from current share price levels.Good to see there wasn't a sell off earlier on some pretty bad 2018 numbers. Management sound refocused and the outlook for 2019 looks a lot better. Some risk still but well worthy of a buy at these levels imo.

This appears to be a loss making, highly indebted company that looks grossly overvalued even at 30p.

I am surprised that Woodfood has invested and then invested again. Hopefully he knows something but for me as an amateur i just see so many red flags. Huge rental payments to one of the directors for the sublease fo the busines premises. The corporate shenanigans in the restructuring of the companies prior to flotation that involved putting lots of money into the pockets of old and current directers* / shareholders to pay 17.4m € to buy companies with net assets of 8.7m€ of which 14m € described as " unidentified goodwill" .

* around 7m € to the CEO and the other one called Savage.

Loans totalling 13.7m€ from 31.03.16 to be repaid in total by 31.03.21.

The flotation raised 7.9m€ , less fees of ........ 3.9m €.

This company has a negative value.

It's a no-go area for me but for the sake of the pi's I hope they can turn things round.

Good Grief. What a sorry tale. I's either as cheap as chips or it is pretty well worthless. I have no idea which but will be trying to work it out!

105p Sold out for 400 pound loss , lucky after being down more than a few K. Could still go higher and should be a decent business but hard to see why rally further on the current outlook and rating will now be constrained by it history of profit warnings.

Looking like this could settle in the 90s while we await the next news. Not sure if there are larger plays who could pounce.

He's a gambler (and with others' money) not a investor!

At the AGM they cited NDAs as reason for lack of update. With the vast benefit of hindsight ...!

Yes, unfortunately, I seem to have used up my allowance. Any chance you could tell us what it says?

Many thanks,

Anyone got access to Share Profits? They have a piece on GYG citing imminent repayment of loan notes being a problem.

Been in here since last years float but now most definitely OUT !
Reasons:
1) 3 months ago directors said nothing ? Would you have done the same if you were running this business in the interests of all shareholders?
2) Their forecast sales wording of 'highly probable' sounds too vague to me.
3) Profit warnings normally come in three's - the forecast warning, then the actual FY data, then the reduced outlook.

Sorry for all who lost out here. GLA . DYOR.

I think the key miss is "New Build". They were enthusiastic about this at FY stage, but the anticipated contracts have been missed and this has taken uplots of time and expense for no return.

According to ST (in IC) they still have loan note repayments due soon which will eat into reduced cashflow.

Director buy yesterday was pretty large, so they are obviously confident they will overcome this.

The Directors have a few questions to answer here. There was no hint of a problem when they reported FY17 results in April (over 3 months into the new financial year) yet here we are only a few months later and they are reporting a major profit miss. Surely they must have known something about this in April. Neil Woodford has an 18% stake in this company - yet another significant hit to his investment portfolio.
