This is the response I had from investor relations, re. Turkey:

Thank you for your enquiry.

We have noted the recent reports on potential legislative change in Turkey. While we continue to actively monitor developments, we would further note that it is not unusual for the Turkish authorities to make loud policy pronouncements which ultimately have minimal impact for offshore operators. In the event that changes to operations may be required, we have contingency plans to help us navigate the situation and mitigate disruption to our services.

Kind regards

GVC Investor Relations

That post is missing from my list! Not visible, but I don't have him filtered... unless he's changed his name? But even then it would still say 'filtered'How odd.

Price moves seem much great down from 750 to 730, rather that 75 to 73......

I've gone back 25 days, and I can't see any post by a 'CatsW', although I keep seeing it referred to?

I am long and increased position slightly just before close. Hoping to buy some more if CatsW is correct and price drops to 7.35 :)

I get the feeling we might be seeing Slippery SW around these parts soon ... think you will find there is some much easier money to be made being short than with GVC, but each to their own. I will happily welcome a cheaper entry price, as long-term, direction is up.

Few more for my sins. Just keeps coming back to me that every day passes here is more cash hitting the bottom line, awaiting future distribution in the not too distant. That's the underlying silent news!

Penn looking to regulate. GVC likely to benefit but the broader signal is what really matters - others will follow and budget problems will not go away

Have others noticed how the pound is falling aginst the Euro?

All the negative news coming out of Europe regarding Brexit is not doing any good to our currency. The silver lining, as always, is the fact that GVC's dividends are declared in Euros. Roll on the October pay day, by then we could see a pound/Euro rate well below its current level of 1.118/£

The US aspects may prove to be of interest going forward, but they are not priced into this IMO, nor should they be.Of far more interest is the World Cup of next year and the completion of the bwin integrations. These, along with the resumption of dividends, as Festario points out, will surely be the key driver of the share price

The states is just slowly slowly drip drip , one state every year if your lucky.
China will be fully online before the states is.
Still baffles me that you can openly walk into a store in the states and buy a loaded gun , but you can't bet online - WEIRD !!!!!!

State by state is fine - once a few more go, many will fall. There are many that will regulate in the next couple of years and GVC are very well positioned

Oh and the wire act forbids interstate (rather than intrastate) communication, so any liberalisation would only be state by state with Utah, Missouri, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia and the Carolina's being anti-gambling full stop.

PASPA is not a concern. Interesting to see a proper shorting team out on GVC now. Funny when this happens but as new posters there is little credibility. Interesting though
