No, it's one of those pullbacks on the chart that we see over the past few years, followed by new highs. ALWAYS!

My God, it's one of those days when I'm tempted to close other positions to pile into GVC at 746pI only have 2 other Investments, but this is such a bargain at this level.

Again my very rough back of the envelope calculations, if you strip the net cash out of the share price including the recent Kalisz sale and if the monthly cash generation has increased by 12 percent from last year(see Dec 2016 results)then GVC trading at about 5x yearly cash generation. In other words it would take about 5 years for the cash generated to buy the company. How many FTSE250 companies are trading at 5x cash? I think a dividend is highly likely. Dyor.

Interested to see that Peel haven't covered this stock until now. That's quite a surprise to me when you consider that after the BWIN takeover GVC became one of the largest quoted gaming stocks.

Good to see a target price of 1000p and a buy recommendation.

What has FOBT got to do with GVC? Yes, LADS, Yes, Hills but NO GVC.

Please explain?

In fact it is likely to be positive for GVC. If gamblers lose less on FOBTs they may spend it with GVC online.

Yes, a 33% increase from here - plus reinstated divis. What's not to like?

I think that's a twelve month 1000p target, which is realistic, especially with (if) dividend reinstated soon.

1000p target? Is that all?

Stop the rot, what are you talking about. A few months ago this was under £6.

One of the best charts around.

Volatility is a fact of the market.

Anyone know the July trading update date? The investor calendar on their website states just the month. We've had quite a post election beating here. I do wonder at what point we'll hit a point when the share price becomes a bargain not to be missed and price recovers a bit. Downward trend has been relentless, but Hill and Coral have been hit even harder. Labour and Lib Dem FOBT pledges are a significant part of this, IMHO, but in reality all that is likely to be a low priority for any government given the need to lead Brexit negs. GVC international presence will obviously help here, but when the sector SPs move down, everything moves down. I hope we're at the bottom now.

Catswhiskas, regulation has been an issue ever since I first bought at about 1.20. The reasons for the purchase are still present, highly cash generative and KA. Although I agree that the figures thus quarter MAY be flattening out(speculative statement) the cash generation is still there. Dyor

This is not the sector to be invested in until all this regulation has been sorted out and the enquiry into treating punters unfairly this really is going to drag on all sps in the sector with lads and hills heavily effected with the fobt nightmare .I can see this drifting to 650p over the summer and when all the uncertainties have been addressed this will be a very good investment

I appreciate your warning. I haven't seen your prior warnings tbh. On to the next one while things are brewing elsewhere.

Ha ha... Sir Hedgealot.A great name, but a flawed analyst. In fact the last person who asserted that GVC was looking a bit toppy, said it would fall from 120p to 50p.I wonder if Cueball might have returned under a new guise?
