I bet no one amongst the Brexiteers anticipated the latest curved ball coming from the EU over Gibralar, with Spain effectively being given a veto over any deal we come to if they don't have a say over Gibraltar. No wonder 96% of Gibralarians voted to stay in the EU.

They were big, BIG share sales into the market.... and they obviously put a slight drag on the SP, post divvy.But that, coupled with an RNS with 'director sells' in it would usually have a terrible effect on a share price It hasn't, and for that reason I expect us to start edging up again in the days to come.

Well the KA share sale is very clear to me and I don't see why others here haven't worked this out.

KA is in the process of paying for a Bugatti Chiron and he needs a bit of spare cash to do it.

What other explanation could there possibly be?

Perhaps end of tax year adjustments to his finances,including perhaps settlement of past tax dues?

Thanks for the info on the Capital Markets Day.

One silver lining concerning this track back from over 760p is that it will enable me to increase the numbers of shares I transfer across into my 2017/18 ISA.

Seems to me on the options to Miles, that this is a big golden hello for joining the company.

I am a little surprised that the options were sold, and the shares not retained. The new CFO is getting a good deal. To be Balanced the only slight issue I found in the final rns was a confusion over the final date of the Kalixa sale. Dyor imho

Lots of companies have a capital markets day, unlikely to be of any significance.

Its different only in the sense that investors/analysts usually meet as a group at the companies premises. If relevant they get a tour, they also get a presentation and a chance to question management in an open forum.

However they often come with a caveate that no new information that is not in the public domain will be given. Occasionally if there is some news it will also be given via an RNS on the morning of the Capital Markets day.

It is normal for companies to have capital days and yes they do form part of calendar event.Dont try to read anything into it!

Far from sounding thick, I too wondered why it forms part of the event calendar. Normally institutional meetings do not warrant a calendar event, so my feeling is it has to be different but for what reason I do not know.

Hmm, I repeat.In other words it's nothing 'material' then.If it was, it would be notifiable by RNS.I did wonder, you know, with all these predictions of 850p to 900p by end May. I thought I was missing something.

Its just a day when the Company gives analysts and investors an update on Companys strategy and any developments in strategically important market areas.

the fund managers in the city and hopefully influence
new investors.

Look at the prelim rns of March 23rd. The calendar for the whole of 2017 is shown.

Since Cooper left and Miles has taken over doesn't seem like the website is updated as regularly as it was.

I'm not aware of any trading update until July?
