Membership of Board Committees

Following the changes to the GVC board of directors ("the Board") announced today, GVC announces the following changes to the membership of the Board's Audit, Nominations and Remuneration Committees:

Audit Committee: The appointment of Virginia McDowell who succeeds Will Whitehorn as a member.

Nominations Committee: The appointment of Stephen Morana who succeeds Will Whitehorn as a member.

Remuneration Committee: The appointment of Virginia McDowell who succeeds Will Whitehorn as a member. Peter Isola steps down as a member.

In addition, the Board has today established a Corporate Social Responsibility ("CSR") Committee. Virginia McDowell chairs the CSR Committee and the other members are Jane Anscombe, Stephen Morana, Lee Feldman and Kenneth Alexander.

As a result of these changes which take effect today, the membership of these committees is now as follows:
