Shay Segev exercised his share option granted under the GVC 2016 Management Incentive Plan. Following this exercise, he has no further options outstanding under this plan. In order to partially fund the exercise of his option, Shay Segev has drawn down a loan of GBP2 million from a third party bank, and he has granted a pledge in favour of that bank over his share portfolio, including his GVC shareholding, as security for this loan.
Following the above transactions the nine GVC Directors hold in aggregate 1,838,175 Shares, equivalent to 0.31% of the Company's issued share capital.
