As a guide Hills Sportsbook in the Capital One arena in DC upped from 69,000 wagers in August to 113,000 in September....huge read across to NJ possible...As an aside for for any ex Hills owners that think Caesars underpaid punters are so keen they queue from 7am for an 8am opening it is so busy. Extraordinary it takes 2 days to get them out in this day and age...run rate for last qtr NJ alone for Roar should be c75mNGR..way ahead of GVC 3QTR update of I think 150-175 annualised USNGR

If Caesers takes over William Hill, they say they do not want Hill's retail betting shops and will try and sell them, if not able to will just close them down.

Caesers said they would like to sell all of Hill's retailing betting shops as a single package.

I would not be surprised if no more then 100 or maybe at most 200 will be sold leaving 1,000 of Hill's retail betting shops to be just closed which will be highly positive for Ladbrokes/corals.

italian - yes, the hit from Germany is, according to the RNS, as you state £110m, but I was referring to the improvement in current ebitda of £50m, from their Q3 trading update. So overall impact, to GVC as a group, should be £60m, in 2021.

With regards to the UK, I am not so sure, but hopefully with some mitigations and further improvements to ebitda, the hit won't be as bad.... I hope!

Also, with UK - the 36% is for both retail and online, but only online is impacted, so likely is 50% less than stated...I think.
