Good news re ags link up in the US just out.



Interesting to see partygaming mentioned, as I said the other day, when partygaming had 50% of
the US market before the ports act, it was valued at £5bn alone. Now we own that and more
and a mgm link up, we should be so much higher than were we are now.

Nasdaq listiing, get it done.

I cannot see any need to raise funds at this stage - they are clearly performing well despite the challenges from Covid. The share price has only just recovered and that in response to WMH so a somewhat fragile basis for a fund raising. Also, I wouldn't foresee a good outcome for personal investors. FIs would sell down their current holdings in advance, trash the share price, and then buy new shares at a further discount. Personal Investors wouldn't participate in the new equity, get diluted and we'll be left with a sub-800p share price.

Maybe just taking the opportunity to issue more stock at a near on record price..major shareholders bailing out (part) as well...these guys are spending 70 million a month on marketing, making a loss , projected for next 3 years..might just be they need the cash...

The investors with the big bucks $, as always the Americans...ROAR's run rate in NJ is
c240m NGR $, way ahead of the 130m historical trend...30% margin makes it using way less gas than DraftKings...one could say its the most profitable albeit through its dominance in Online Gambling as opposed to Sports...a spin off is coming and when it does boom...payday for those of us who have been in since the start...12-24 months?

As part of their raise they have released some trading data which shows turnover up 460pc in Q to end Sept over last year.Hold less than expected but that will be temporary. Huge increase in amount bet by stay at home : all 4 US sports colliding Good read here and Flutter given Premier League active also

GVC did a call with UBS a couple of weeks ago on the US. They said that a spin or IPO may be needed to get a proper valuation but they need a more mature P&L for BetMGM for it to happen.

Srp,US is an overhead at the moment for all operators there i.e. investing money for large future profits.Why would we ditch UK and Europe when they are key markets making money.Please explain as your statements don't seem to make sense?

Completely agree, we need to ditch the UK and EU side as
soon as possible. A lecturer of mine told me over twenty five
years ago that the UK and Europe are so backward thinking that
they will just become a museum for US and Chinese visitors.
Unfortunately due to c19, the UK will only be visited by
UK residents, a slow demise unless the UK embraces technology
like the US and China, and IDS and co are repositioned into
a more suitable department, more commonly known as the dustbin.

Get on the nasdaq as soon as possible gvc.
