I made my biggest killing in GVC due to the Autumn 2016-Jan 2017 pullback (circa 27%). I reckon this will be another great opportunity - plus better divis now!! I increased my holding to an all time-high then - had nearly £250K in GVC at around the lows then..

And the nearer it gets, the more the potential of the USA market will get priced-in. Probable 50% share price gain plus divis over the next year, imo.

HSBC today reaffirms its buy investment rating on GVC Holdings Plc (LON:GVC) and raised its price target to 1285p (from 1135p).

I must say, I'm glad to be back in the fold - I seem to have got my GVC mojo back and am making money here again. Nice trading for the last few days. Onwards and upwards!! I take comfort in the fact that you make more money going up, then you lose going down (percentage wise).

Welcome to this very informative share chat page for GVC.I find that all the posters here give very factual information and enjoy reading every day.My entry price is £10.25 as I was a long term holder of Ladbrokes and Bwin (Party Gaming)and I was well down on both takeovers but gradually getting back near level now,so I guess I am here long term now regards tobyjo.

Just wanted to say hello.
Stumbled into this stock by working for Coral retail and taking up the share offer scheme.I seem to have them at about £4.84 Should I stay or should I go now.Having been in a share chat elsewhere in the past where every contributer seemed to have an ulterior motive it is refreshing to find one that seems to be full of sensible comments and opinion, I thank you all.

I'm not sure what would be the range for tax but the legislation could cost c.£900m in CVR should it not be enacted by end of March.It just the not knowing that I'm mindful of - GVC underlying is a cracker.

Numbers are very positive and demonstrate they have the right brands at the right time.

It is a formidable team and set of brands they have put together

US position could not be better and the market there is massive

Overall, strong results with growth potential - hard to see why this cannot return to 1000 levels
