From the Gunsynd half year report 15/03/19 :

Human Brands is making good progress towards preparing for a proposed listing on the Standard Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange during 2019 Audits for 3 years prior to 2018 have now been completed and work has begun on the prospectus

How long does it take to do a prospectus ?
Time is running out for a listing in 2019.
We need an update on the situation.

Looking further at it watch for any "abnormalities" in the balance sheet -

£1million plus can go a long way in this market -

My feeling however is that "shareholders" will not be privy -

Very cryptic. Sounds like opening up new fronts in Mining/Minerals and Industrial related sectors. RNS very soon on the new strategy then. Must mean existing assets about to come to valuation.

Last years accounts were released 21st September.
Will we even see this years ?
50/50 chance at best.
The only tangible asset we have is UOG. If we still have the shares. NO Other investment has any current commercial value.
Placing money of £500,000 not accounted for yet by the BOD.
Oyster...no commercial value
Sunshine.. Dont even know if they still exist.
Human brands = Fastbase Mk2 Actually worse...we gave Human £289K
Brazil Tungsten.....Ghost.

Oyster Oil & Gas Ltd (CVE:OY) president and chief executive Michael Wood updates investors at the World Oil & Gas Week in London.

He talks to Proactive's Andrew Scott about the "huge potential" of its two assets in Djibouti and Madagascar.

"Both assets have the potential to make new world-class discoveries."

Wood adds: "Arguably why I started Oyster was to get back into that block in Madagascar [where] we saw huge potential with map structures that are measuring potentially into tens of billions of barrels."
