'other creditors'. Is Gunsynd going to buy-out the other shareholders in Subco? If so then the jump back to the 0.06-0.07 should be assured, but whatever the announcement this must not be delayed at all. They will have done much of the ground work pre-placing.

Good sign that the bottom was reached and now for the recovery into the 0.04s

At 0.04 then the market cap is still just £2.5m as the analyst post showed earlier this AM - even that is vastly undervalued

Our next RNS will be what Gun plan to do with their Oyster holding and whether the £500k fundraise was to go towards buying out Northbay Bank and having the asset solely for themselves to flip ?
