16/3/2019 14:27 | Thanks, am fully aware of that there have been past issues with oil co's & OMNIS & the govt's take on overseas co's owning oil licenses - have to do a bit more research on that area. Also, how early stage are they to developing the onshore assets - costs per exploration drilling - farm out required - etc will Gun's reverse Oyster into Guns & list on Aim - good they own 36% of them Interesting to see who the new BoD's are "The future board composition of Subco is still under discussion and a further announcement will be made in due course" | euclid5
15/3/2019 20:51 | Euclid the Madagascar block is 1101 onshore and previously drilled by Afren. | scotty666
15/3/2019 20:17 | Also, if they now own their subco that owns the main licenses, then the rest of Oyster is pretty worthless - so pressume they have to become the new major s/holders & either keep it listed on the TSX Exchange or re list it in NEX / AIM "The future board composition of Subco is still under discussion and a further announcement will be made in due course" sound interesting - lets see what unfolds - IMO investors chasing ECO - good licences next to Exxon's wells - WTE stake in JHI's Canje Block in Gayana - Gun's cap £1m But Gun's may have to participate in any fund raising Oyster require to progress further work - although if they actually own 33% - farming down some percentage of this will be a good move - and a shrewed one alos - even if they are left with just 10% - considering the Oil potential there & past history | euclid5
15/3/2019 20:12 | Sorry to be precise a 1/3rd of Oyster subco which essentially holds the PL in Madagascar and Djibouti. 1/3rd is based on the approx % of the total CAD$ CLN’s held by GUN, which is being settled by transferring the entire share capital of subco. See 4th March RNS. Oyster PLC is essentially a shell now. | scotty666
15/3/2019 19:55 | Scotty, how do you equate Guns owning a third 33% of Oyster please - when the news today states they own 5.29% plus the £250k Loan - not sure the £250k equates to 33% of them Gunsynd invested £250,000 into Oyster by way of a convertible loan on 21 July 2017. In addition to the convertible loan note, Gunsynd holds 2,313,000 ordinary shares in Oyster representing approximately 5.29% of Oyster's issued share capital. Taking into account a private placement at 0.50 cents plus warrants at 0.55c - doubt Guns now controls 33% - understand they own part of the sub co that owns the licences - but there may be other parties to this other than Northbay Capital Partners Corp. will be fantastic of they did own 33% considering the size of the P50 Oil in Place & Rec oil From website: Total shares issued and outstanding: 26,049,632 Warrants: 16,171,111 Options: 2,385,000 Fully Diluted 44,605,743 | euclid5
15/3/2019 18:21 | Well Fastbase in all honesty has been questionable for a while and probably clouded our other investments from a discussion/Bulletin Board. With the developments at Oyster and Human Brands expansion then as the saying goes... "When one door closes, another door opens" With net assets currently at twice the market cap, then as the Human Brands IPO nears that gap should narrow. | seagullsslimjim
15/3/2019 16:38 | ty good luck, I will buy some more shortly based on that update. Thanks | scotty666
15/3/2019 16:22 | tyran it's not a jam tomorrow company. | knowing
15/3/2019 16:05 | scotty666 If you think these are cheap then you should buy some more. I`ll be selling every time the price goes up. Managed 10m at .02p but refused .018p for the next 10m. | tyranosaurus
15/3/2019 16:00 | GBP 2M net assets with 550k in cash v Mkt cap of GBP 1M HB prospectus underway so should list in a few months, there we have 300k and will get a 4% fee on listing. Oyster which was a big drag in the past due to the CLN not being paid, now GUN have 1/3rd of the PL in Madagascar & Djibouti which is pretty huge to be honest. They are already tapping 3rd parties for funding. Remember AFREN found oil in block 1101 before they went bust. Fast base nothing lost and clearly something smelly with that one. Sunshine Minerals has several parties interested so looks like a sale and return there which will give us some return way before waiting for production. | scotty666
15/3/2019 15:42 | Sold UKOG for £100,000 less than value when acquired. Now chucked away the fee for assisiting Fastbase to float. Unbelievable is an understatement. | tyranosaurus
14/3/2019 15:19 | The start of an uptrend does appear from the main chart above to be forming. Todays movements have shown just how little stock is about. | seagullsslimjim
14/3/2019 12:52 | Brilliant Scotty :-) - Ditto!! | nevgroom
14/3/2019 12:09 | Thank you for support scotty, might leave a residual in the pot here now. | whattheduce
14/3/2019 11:55 | I'm not going to get excited until it's over 0.1 based on Oyster news or other. | knowing
14/3/2019 11:46 | No please don't, be great to see the back of you to be honest. You can focus on your brexit campaign away from the noise of microcaps. | scotty666
14/3/2019 11:44 | .030 breached, any pis looking in for a quick punt based on a 33% increase I wonder? Maybe shoudl revise target up to 0.04 | whattheduce
14/3/2019 11:43 | 16M buy 0.031p NEX | knicol46
14/3/2019 11:41 | 0.035 still my target | whattheduce
14/3/2019 11:39 | Knicol that relates to the remaining Oyster shell, we are taking the share capital (alongside Northbay) of subco which holds all the PSC for Madagascar and Djibouti. I think that is the piece the market is getting excited about. | scotty666
14/3/2019 11:34 | Canada - 'Following completion of the Settlement, the Company will no longer have any operating assets and will cease to meet the Continued Listing Requirements of the Exchange. The Company anticipates that its listing will be transferred to the NEX board of the Exchange following completion of the Settlement. Any transfer of the Company’s listing to the NEX board of the Exchange is subject to meeting applicable listing requirements of the Exchange. ' | knicol46
14/3/2019 11:31 | I think I would get excited if it went over 0.05p, otherwise it is all just noise. Chart does show a small reversal in trend but I guess at some point it had to stop going down right !! | scotty666
14/3/2019 11:24 | Flying now! Yippeee!!! | kemche |
