Not long now and one of these IPOs will finally hit the market.

yep - should be mid June at the latest and should value our 0.75% at £1.5m

Any appreciation in the FastBase price at that time and we could sail towards a stake worth £2m

Also Human Brands is starting to shape up nicely and that IPO could soon be on the horizon

There is also the belated Oyster listing to come too and any other rabbits that HAmish pulls out of the Gunsynd Hat.

Horse Hill Update

Gunsynd is pleased to announce that it has been informed by Horse Hill Developments Ltd ("HHDL"), the operator of Horse Hill licenses PEDL137 and PEDL246, containing the Horse Hill-1 ("HH-1") oil discovery, that it has now received final decision notices from Surrey County Council ("SCC"), discharging all of the pre-commencement conditions.

This follows the planning approval in November 2017 by SCC's Planning and Regulatory Committee to enable HHDL to carry out extended flow tests at HH-1, plus drill and test both a sidetrack from the existing HH-1 well and new well Horse Hill-2.

HHDL has received the necessary permission from the Environment Agency and is now awaiting approval from the Oil and Gas Authority.

Gunsynd holds a 2% interest in HHDL equivalent to a 1.3% interest in the Horse Hill licences, PEDL137 and PEDL246, and the Horse Hill oil discovery.

rossannan - I sold some into strength the last few days as I needed to shore up some personal affairs. Still a large holder and waiting for the Oyster IPO to see if the share price will get moving, lets hope they don't delay any further after Mr Woods famous listing in Dec/Jan interview :o)

Nevgroom, you should try splitting your buy order into two orders of 5m. There have been plenty of buys today with a price of 0.045 or less. All of the buys are under 10m shares.

Do you know if they are going to keep extending it indefinitely? Not a huge surprise so far as I assume people are reluctant to "reserve" shares (what does that mean in terms of cash outlay?) until an IPO date is set and a full prospectus is issued.

Their offering and growth projections even on a conservative basis look good but the investor presentation goes no where near far enough to be able to make an investment decision in my view (plus it was skinnier version of a full presentation).

Also how can you give a discounted price if the stock is not even listed or traded anywhere, are they that far advanced in the IPO process they know the listing price?

As ever more questions than answers which is I suppose why the share price is stuck where it is despite the perceived value in the FastBase 0.75% fee.
