Chadders I was kicked out of school with nothing more than a letter not to return so my math may not be great, In my limited knowledge i estimated we had 1.5% as of some time in July which was just shy of 2mil shares.... Happy to be corrected

Better day for ZEN today. Do GUN still have 4.4%? I can't find any news after the March notification that we had gone below 5%.

firwood - essentially the authority to allot shares was for 300k not 250k. Companies house shows 300k and they have amended the corporate docs on the website accordingly.

In addition they had some authority left from last year which was "in transtion" I assume subscribed but not issued just prior to the AGM, cleared by NOMAD given the timing and not totally black or white on treatment.

Ultimately nothing has changed other than being a little clearer on why the last issue was higher than expected.

Yes but it is still not 100% clear so will look over the weekend and call next week if needed. Ultimately the investments are sound but before buying anymore shares I want to know exactly what the potential dilution could be, I thought I already knew but was wrong which is frustrating.
