Update on HH - EA license granted.

08 September 2017

Gunsynd plc

("Gunsynd" or the "Company")

Flow Testing and Further Drilling Permits Granted by Environment Agency Horse Hill Project, Weald Basin, UK

The Company announces that it has been informed by Horse Hill Developments Limited ("HHDL"), the operator of Horse Hill licences PEDL 137 and PEDL 246, containing the Horse Hill-1 ("HH-1") oil discovery, that the Environment Agency has granted the necessary permits to enable HHDL to carry out extended flow tests at HH-1, store any produced oil and to drill and test both a side-track from the existing HH-1 well and a new borehole HH-2.

In respect of HHDL's planning application for long-term production testing and further appraisal drilling, the Company has been informed by HHDL that Surrey County Council (the "Council") has confirmed that this application is now scheduled to be determined at October's meeting of the Council's planning committee. Members of the planning committee completed a scheduled visit to the Horse Hill site yesterday, 7 September, in preparation for the October meeting.

This is what they said middle of last year;

"It is expected that BTHL will now be on track to reach its Phase I target of 150 tonnes per day of ROM ore from underground by June 2016. This will place BTHL in a cash positive position even with the current difficult market for tungsten prices and allow it to benefit fully if tungsten prices recover. "

Thanks Stig about time they started making a return from BTHL, they always flagged they were around breakeven and waiting for prices to recover so lets hope it continues or at least the new level sustained;

If anyone has an account / contact with Peterhouse can you speak with Eran Zucker to see if any view on when the Oyster IPO will land etc.

Btw ZEN CEO has bought more shares in the company.It will be fascinating, what GUN do with their remaining investment.It seems to spread its investment widely and rightly so to spread risk. I doubt they will put all their eggs in oyster, so will they start to buy more ZEN again?Either way I'm happy for many reasons.Gla

Not sure but they (Oyster) released their interim results to end of June yesterday - not very exciting as they are not drilling/producing yet but showed they were already incurring some IPO fees back in June so they have had a couple of months working on the prospectus.

Morning All
New here but interested. not yet in...
Anyone know how long approx the AIM listing will take for Oyster?
I have been steered toward Oyster by someone who was big in Heritage Oil some years back. CEO of Heritage is now Big Chief of Oyster. I think they will move ahead (alot)over next couple of years.
Will be happy to pick up some GUN as a back door route, hopefully getting in on the possible rise following OY start on AIM.
