well they probably offered them to existing PI's who hold nominee accounts with them, rather than it being Beaufort holding them as an institutional investor in their own right.

Much like the other significant holders above - all broker Nominee accounts and holding PI's shares in that wrapper.

oakville - given the volume GUN had to shift they needed the liquidity to be fair. We are awash with cash now from investment sales / placings so lets hope Hamish shows us some news soon now the placing has killed off the share price momentum once again.

Although I do think a consolidation would convince some on the edge that there's a lot on offer here and that the number of shares in issue isn't due to past placings help fund 'a lifestyle company' for the Directors (think RRR and RGM under Bell).

The placings here have gone into early stage investments and with the most recent being a further investment in ( and soon to be listed on AIM) Oyster Oil.

They have been forward selling those over the last week imho. Either way it's in the price now.

scotty think we'd need a load more 52m buys to clear the placing, as there were 1.2 billion new shares odd issued.

Obviously they wont all be flipped.

Back to GUN I see there was a nice 52 million delayed buy reported after close Friday. With the last weeks volume a couple more of those and placing cleared.

Then we are sat on approx 1M cash and over 3 Million of investments which is nice.

No more shares can be issued either as they have used up the last authority given in the AGM if I am not mistaken. Oyster goes well and see if the share price finally goes the right direction.

Cpap would be pointless if I don't own or follow the stock, I only hold a few AIM shares at a time and not likely to change for a while. I already have tevita filtered for some reason so suggest doing the same.

UOG have just completed an RTO into fully listed [standard] SEN and start trading on Monday 31st July 2017

At the moment there is no thread for the new UOG [only some other company that i believe is no longer listed?] and it is always good to have a BLUE poster setting up threads for choice.

The ticker for United Oil & Gas will be UOG

If you can assist that would be great....

The header could be something along the lines of....



United Oil & Gas....headed up by ex Tullow Oil boys looking to become a MAJOR [UOG]

Added more today at 0.45 ....will look to get more next week at this price. Don't care about HH stake.....its the Oyster stake I like most.
