City financial collapse think they might be holding 10 million shares so might see big downward pressure on share price.

Debt for equity. They have always made an operating profit, albeit at current rates this only pays for a below inflation, interest free, return of EV. In other words sustained for 20 years, by which time the assets are worthless, 400 million in operating profit would be generated. However there is interest so at the moment equity is worthless. One does of course anticipate rates improving and the situation gets more balanced at 50 million in operating profits per 2016. Debt would conventionally take off a small element off the principle, 20-25% and extend the term and take a significant share in the company.

Once a company is getting waivers from lenders the latter have complete control.

The new CFO has a lot of experience of refinancing companies, something we are going to need.

This is a good reason not to be a shareholder! At least not until after the restructuring.

Two good appointments.
The new CFO has a lot of experience of refinancing companies, something we are going to need.
The new Non Exec is obviously there to protect his companies investment and his knowledge of finance in middle east.

This is going to be interesting

Mr. Al Suwaidi’s Company, Horizon Energy was part of a consortium of investors that acquired Gulf Marine Services (GMS), a world leading provider of self-propelled self-elevating support vessels (SESVs). In March 2014, GMS achieved a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange, through a successful IPO which raised gross proceeds of approximately US $ 110 million. Furthermore, Horizon Energy entered into a partnership agreement with Oman Chlorine, a Muscat listed company for the establishment of Union Chlorine, a chlorine-alkali plant in Abu Dhabi, where Mr. Al Suwaidi holds a Board Seat.
